Justin Verlander Almost No Hit The Angels

Are we ready to say Justin Verlander is back?  He came three outs away from no hitting the Angels and looked really good doing so.

Verlander was throwing in the mid to upper 90s with a nasty breaking ball.  The no no would have been his third in his career.  He'll have to settle for a one hit shutout.

I'm going to say he's back.  Mediocre Verlander doesn't almost no hit the Angels.

Let's not forget he's still dating Kate Upton so he'll be just fine.  She was of course in the building.
