The NFL Says, Despite His Head Growth, There Is No Evidence That Peyton Manning Used PEDs

The NFL has determined that Peyton Manning didn't use PEDs.  Well they didn't find any credible evidence that he did so anyway.

Following a comprehensive seven-month investigation into allegations made in a documentary by Al-Jazeera America, the NFL found no credible evidence that Peyton Manning was provided with or used HGH or other substances prohibited by the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances, it was announced today.

The cherry on top to his career ending Super Bowl.  Why haven't the rest of the NFL players in this report been found innocent?
