Cam Newton Spotted On A Scooter In Charlotte Despite Concussion

Cam Newton is not playing on Monday Night Football due to a concussion he suffered last weekend in Atlanta.  Before the game it was reported that due to the lights and noise Cam would not be in attendance.

I guess strolling around the streets of Charlotte on a scooter without a helmet is okay though?  I'd love to see what the Panthers have to say about this.  It's just the franchise quarterback with a brain injury cruising busy streets without protection.

It must be part of the new concussion protocol.
