That's right.  The Panthers are going to destroy Mr. Checkdown.  This will be the game the Panthers look back at as the one that got their season all the way back on track.

Alex Smith is going to be under so much pressure he'll have flashbacks to 2010 when he last played in Carolina.

Sure Smith's on a much better team than he was then with the 6-2 Chiefs.  Sure the Panthers are only 3-5 and have looked really bad at times this season.

I get all of that.  The Panthers have also turned their pass rush around the past couple of weeks.  Couple that with the fact that Smith can't throw the ball down the field and you have body bag time in the Queen city.

It's not going to be easy and will probably ugly, but I have all the confidence in the world the Panthers get a W on Sunday at home.
