It's not a good day for women's college athletics. First the softball player trying to slide headfirst into first base and now a basketball player attempting to tie her shoes midplay.
That's right, during Northwestern's win over Rutgers last night a Northwestern player, who was dribbling the ball decided to stop and tie her shoe. Her defender stole the ball and passed it to her teammate for a fairly easy two points.
Maybe not the best time to tie your shoe... #SCNotTop10
