More video from Shia LaBeouf's weekend arrest for public drunkenness has surfaced and it's not good.  TMZ posted the video which shows LaBeouf making racist comments to a black police officer.

Shia LaBeouf went full racist at the Savannah Police Dept. where he was arrested this past weekend, telling a black officer he would go to hell because of his skin color.

But it's okay because according to his apology, he's an addict who's hit rock bottom.
