Kris Bryant hit a 495 ft homerun off of the scoreboard in left centerfield.  I don't need statcast or any other stats to know that a homerun hit off of a scoreboard was hit hard and far.

Somebody must need it, because they keep track of it.  At 495 ft it is the longest homerun of the season.  But with nobody on base it still counts for only one run.

The next great Cub, Kris Bryant, finally hit his first Major League home run.  It's taken the rookie a little while to put one over the fence.  That didn't stop his teammates from giving him a hard time.

Bryant didn't just get the silent treatment, he returned from his home run jog to an empty bench.  Maybe they're as tired of hearing how good he is as I am.
